Objecutive
designed, developed and implemented a CRM solution for Manchester Technologies, Inc. The
purpose of the system was to provide a central contact management system to allow
managers, sales people and support staff get to contact information quickly and
efficiently. The other key areas of the system included calendaring, quotations, reporting
and forecasting. A summary graph of per sales person and per sales group was presented
upon logging into the system showing quota, orders booked to date and pipeline.
