Objecutive undertook a study for a centralized IT procurement system to improve efficiency and productivity. The purpose of the system was to allow users to generate purchase orders, obtain prices, place orders based on standard IT specifications, check authorizations, get vendor information, product availability and order fulfillment and check delivery status of orders.
 
The system would have the ability to track the receipt of equipment, track assets and integrate with the company's IT helpdesk to monitor defective equipment and improve future purchasing decisions. Finally the system would provide management reports including quarterly and monthly expenditure patterns and vendor procurement.
