A web-based system that runs all the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan New York's core business operations. The system manages the Consumer's Complaints, Bureau�s Membership, Philanthropic Services, Scheduling and Reporting requirements.
The system is a flexible, intuitive system that enables the Bureau to expand its capabilities to members, scale its operations and to get productivity and efficiency gains for the business.
The system was written in Visual Studio.NET using sembleWare� Visual Welder� and sembleWare's .NET Parts.
