Objecutive has developed systems for leading property management companies, some of which are described below.

A large property company that manages the property portfolio of its parent company administers over 4,000 leases.

A system was designed and developed to manage and administer the leases. In addition, the system included a fully-fledged accounting system that ranged from debtors, creditors and general ledgers to budgeting facilities.

Case Study 2

The largest property owner in South Africa had a system developed to manage the monthly rentals of over 11,000 tenants in more than 800 buildings countrywide. In addition to developing the property management module, building maintenance and management features the system also optimized the company's enormous budgeting procedure by reducing the budget time from one week to less than one day.

The system included an automated interface with the company's SAP/R3 accounting application. The interface facilitated on-line integration as well as batch processing in key business areas.

Case Study 3

A property management subsidiary of the South African Rail Commuter Corporation manages the tenants at its numerous railway stations throughout the country.

To manage these tenants, Objecutive developed an interim property management system, including a municipal rates reconciliation system.
